Our team at Easyrain comprises industry experts with a wide range of experience and expertise. This includes technical leaders, manufacturing specialists, finance managers and a renowned race-car driver, all contributing to the strength and dynamics of our team – fully committed to fulfilling the mission of saving lives and reducing road accidents!
The Easyrain team currently consists of 25 people, aiming to exceed 30 by the end of 2024.

Driven by a team of professionals at the forefront

Giovanni Blandina, the CEO and founder of Easyrain, established the company in 2013, leveraging prior experiences in automotive testing.
Throughout its journey, Easyrain has seen the addition of notable figures within the automotive industry. Starting from Eugenio Razelli, former CEO of Marelli, who joined the Board of Directors in September 2020.
In January 2021, Mauro Pierallini, former product director of FCA group and Seat, assumed the role of Chief Technical Officer. In November 2021, the board appointed Heinrich Gerhard Schüring as Chairman of the Board, bringing valuable expertise in electronics systems from his role as former CEO of the Business Unit Electronics at Marelli.
To bolster the industrialization of products, Giuseppe Perlo, former Head of Production Process and Technologies at Marelli Electronics, joined Easyrain in April 2022. Emanuele Pirro, a five-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans and former Audi and Lamborghini brand ambassador, joined in July 2022 having the role of Product & Business Development.
From September 2023, Dario Gentile took on the role of CFO, contributing further to the company’s growth. Mauro Pierallini led technical development until October 2023 when the position of CTO transitioned to Fabio Di Muro, a highly qualified and goal-oriented manager with extensive experience in the automotive industry, covering both B2C and B2B sectors.
