The Indaco Ventures I – Parallel Lombardia Fund, established to expand the investments of the Indaco Ventures I Fund in Lombardy-based technology companies and managed by Indaco Venture Partners SGR, participated in two share capital increases in Easy Rain i.S.p.A. in 2024 and 2025.
The Parallel Lombardia Fund is backed by Lombardia Venture, an initiative of Regione Lombardia funded through the EU’s PR Lombardia FESR 2021–2027 programme and managed by Finlombarda, aimed at supporting the growth of high-potential innovative companies in the region.
Easyrain, headquartered in Milan and registered as an Innovative SME, specialises in the research, development, production and commercialisation of innovative, high-tech systems designed to improve vehicle safety in challenging road conditions.
These investments have helped accelerate the implementation of Easyrain’s technology roadmap, support its international commercial expansion and strengthen its team.
